The Geozone Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading and executing supply chain operations across the Geozone, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery of materials, procurement, logistics, and sourcing activities. This role partners closely with the Geozone leadership team to drive supply chain performance, improve operational efficiency, and support business objectives through effective planning, supplier management, and inventory optimization. The position also contributes to the development and implementation of global supply chain strategies while ensuring alignment with regional operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute supply chain activities across the Geozone, including procurement, Demand and supply management, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce cost, and improve service levels.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with global standards and regional business objectives.
• Manage inventory planning and distribution to ensure optimal stock levels while meeting operational requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including operations, sales, product management, manufacturing, and logistics partners to support business goals.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Support the development of logistics, warehouse, and distribution strategies to meet operational and customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, HSE requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Lead and develop supply chain teams, providing coaching, performance management, and talent development.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or strategic sourcing.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes including Inventory, demand and supply management, procurement, logistics, and supplier management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas or energy services industry.

Preferred

• Supply Chain Management certification (e.g., APICS, CPSM).
• MBA or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in Inventory management, demand and supply, contract management and supplier negotiations.
