MPD Field Specialist Level 4 is a senior offshore field role. You will run MPD operations safely and efficiently on deepwater rigs. You must have strong hands-on experience with RIJ Gen 2 tools and Victus. You will support the rig team, protect well control barriers, and keep MPD equipment ready and compliant.

Responsibilities
- Execute MPD operations offshore on deepwater rigs (start-up, monitoring, troubleshooting).
- Rig up / rig down MPD equipment and complete all function tests and checklists.
- Operate MPD systems to manage wellbore pressure and reduce NPT.
- Support critical activities such as connections, tripping, circulation, and pressure transitions.
- Coordinate with Drilling Supervisor, rig crew, and other service lines for smooth execution.
- Ensure correct use and maintenance of RIJ Gen 2 equipment and Victus system.
- Maintain accurate job documentation (daily reports, logs, certificates, tool traceability).
- Follow Weatherford procedures, client requirements, and all HSE rules.
- Report equipment issues, near misses, and incidents immediately. Stop work if unsafe.
Qualifications
Must-have (non-negotiable):
- Proven deepwater MPD field experience.
- Hands-on experience with RIJ Gen 2 tools.
- Hands-on experience with Victus.
Experience & skills:
- Senior MPD field specialist experience (Level 4 or equivalent).
- Strong well control awareness and pressure management knowledge.
- Able to work offshore rotations and in high-pressure operations.
- Good English communication (spoken and written).
