We are recruiting, for one of our clients, a PMO - Project Manager (M/F) for a 6-month contract in Ile-de-France (France), with the possibility of extension.

"PMO - Project Manager (M/F)" What will your missions and responsibilities be?

• Management and coordination of strategic projects across the organization
• Preparation and follow-up of steering meetings and governance bodies
• Facilitation and monitoring of the entity's annual roadmap
• Coordination and management of cost optimization initiatives
• Management and structuring of project documentation
• Implementation and monitoring of reporting tools and dashboards
• Support to governance and preparation of materials for decision-making committees
• Facilitation of communication between operational teams and management
• Project data analysis, production of summaries, and identification of key risk areas
• Standardization of project management methods, document templates, and PMO best practices

What profile and skills are required for this "PMO - Project Manager (M/F)" role?

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Project Management, Management, Engineering, or equivalent
• Proven experience in PMO or project coordination (minimum 3 to 5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and respect for deadlines
• Adaptability and diplomacy when interacting with various stakeholders
• Analytical mindset and ability to synthesize information
• Proficiency in PMO tools: MS Project, advanced Excel, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint
• Knowledge of industrial or energy sector environments
• Professional working proficiency in English
