About the role

Data Center cooling is a strategically important, fast-growing business area for Castrol!

With our sophisticated liquid cooling fluid technology, we strive to transform the industry by driving the adoption of liquid cooling as a pathway to balanced data center operation aligned with bp's Net Zero ambitions.

US Customer Service Specialist - The US is the largest data center market in the world. As Castrol grows, literally millions of gallons of fluids will be delivered to hundreds of locations around the country. Ensuring successful deliveries will be a key aspect of customer service and business growth. The role will be responsible for working with US logistics and other internal functions to support order fulfillment.

In this role You will

  • Maintain highly organized and precise documentation of the status of all orders, shipments, and deliveries.
  • Connect with customers to capture and/or confirm delivery information including address, on-site delivery contact, and any non-standard delivery requirements such as "no loading dock" or "non-standard loading dock height".
  • Enter customer "ship to" records into Salesforce.
  • Work closely with internal logistics to ensure delivery of accurate quantities and products.
  • Liaison with customer and logistics to manage any delivery changes or problems.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other Thermal Management business stakeholders to support customer happiness as required.

What You will need to be successful

  • Proven ability to maintain highly organized and detailed documentation.
  • Ability to work evening shift (14:00-23:00)
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Digital literacy and MS Office proficiency. Salesforce experience desirable but not required.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is highly desirable.
