Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Houston, TX.

Your role

• Manages small, single-discipline projects under the close supervision of a Senior PM or supervisor.
• Focuses on executing the fundamentals of project management, including scope, schedule, and budget tracking, while developing client interaction skills.
• Under supervision, develops project work plans and schedules.
• Monitors project progress and reports on status, schedule, and budget to a supervising Project Manager.
• Supports design and construction reviews and quality assurance.
• Tracks and validate project man-hours, costs, and expenses against the budget.
• Assists in preparing client invoices and reviewing subconsultant invoices.
• Serves as a day-to-day contact for clients on specific tasks or small projects.
• Reviews deliverables for quality before senior or client submission.
• Schedules and coordinates project meetings.
• Establishes and maintains project files and ensures data accuracy in the project management systems (ERP) and Oracle dashboards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

About you

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Requires four (4) years of professional experience, with at least one (1) year of project management experience.
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Must have strong communication skills.

Additional information

Expected compensation range is between $90,000-$150,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
