Overview
The Business Support Administrator will sit within one of our regional offices and will work as part of the central administration team. The Business Support Administrator will report directly to the Business Support Manager Lead and will be responsible for contributing towards the effective pool system of the administration function for the Complex Projects division.
The successful applicant shall be based in one of the UK&I regional offices.

Overview
The Business Support Administrator will sit within one of our regional offices and will work as part of the central administration team. The Business Support Administrator will report directly to the Business Support Manager Lead and will be responsible for contributing towards the effective pool system of the administration function for the Complex Projects division.
The successful applicant shall be based in one of the UK&I regional offices.
Your role
- Action tasks in the shared mailbox.
- Provide a high-quality business support service to the Complex Projects team.
- Manage complex travel arrangements (international travel, rail, car hire, hotels).
- Provide occasional PA support to cover absence.
- Organise meetings, workshops and events, including booking refreshments, lunches, and venues.
- Prepare agendas and produce supporting documentation for meetings, workshops, conferences, staff roadshows and social events.
- Administer invoices and purchase orders.
- Organise training courses when required.
- Support compliance with business processes (e.g., timesheets, mandatory training).
- Produce and update organisational charts.
- General administration duties.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Work collaboratively with the Global Technology Centre administration team to ensure a high-quality output and timely delivery.
About you
- Strong interpersonal skills, including tact, integrity, confidentiality, patience, and the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Clear and concise communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to liaise confidently with senior personnel.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality documentation.
- Proficient in key software packages such as MS Office, SharePoint and MS Teams.
- Highly proactive, organised and efficient in managing tasks.
- Able to remain calm under pressure and work effectively to demanding deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable when dealing with changing priorities and tasks.
