In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

    • Maintain and update supplier and part information in the system, including onboarding new suppliers and ensuring accurate pricing, lead times, payment terms, shipping methods, minimum order quantities, and sourcing rules.
    • Plan and manage material requirements using Oracle WorkBench, including purchase order and production release, monthly forecast preparation, exception handling, and quarterly Kanban calculations to ensure timely supply and coordination across departments.
    • Oversee procurement of materials, including purchase order creation, supplier confirmation, expediting deliveries, tracking in-transit items, reporting on on-time delivery, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring suppliers have up-to-date material specifications.
    • Maintain and update delivery schedules aligned with purchase and production orders, respond promptly to customer service inquiries, and update new product information while ensuring raw material quotes meet engineering metrics on-time.
    • Evaluate and develop subcontractors, ensuring quality, cost, and service standards, certify them with Quality Department support, and establish written supply agreements detailing delivery times, payment terms, and pricing.
    • Drive optimal raw material inventory levels through quarterly analysis, proactively correcting discrepancies, adjusting orders based on demand trends, and managing slow-moving to maximize efficiency and compliance.
    • Ensure compliance with ESH, ISO standards, and internal work regulations, actively participating in committees and serving as an internal auditor to drive quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
    • Support ITC by reviewing client and supplier data, managing certified invoices and packing lists, resolving customs discrepancies, ensuring accurate shipping documentation, participating in trade training, and enforcing correct application of INCOTERMS.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Commercial Relations, Industrial Engineering, or Metallurgical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong English proficiency (approximately 90%).
  • APICS CPIM certification and knowledge of Kanban systems.
  • Solid understanding of production planning, inventory management, scheduling, forecasting, and lean principles.
  • Basic statistics and problem-solving techniques.


Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain roles.
  • Experience in manufacturing environment.
  • International procurement experience preferred
  • Inventory experience preferred
