We are looking for a motivated Project Management Intern to support our Cloud & Hosting Build Team in coordinating infrastructure and cloud-related projects. This role is a great opportunity for a student who is interested in project management and technology and would like to gain hands-on experience in a global enterprise IT environment. The intern will work under the guidance of experienced Project Managers and support day-to-day coordination activities across infrastructure and cloud-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Support project tracking, meeting coordination, and follow-up actions
• Prepare meeting minutes, status updates, and project documentation
• Maintain project files, trackers, and SharePoint repositories
• Assist Project Managers with coordination across internal teams and stakeholders
• Support reporting activities, presentation preparation, and continuous improvement of team processes

Your Background
• Student pursuing a degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Interest in IT infrastructure or cloud services is a plus
• Familiarity with Teams, Viva Engage, SharePoint or similar collaboration tools is an advantage
