DG BOSS: Custodian (FN)
- Reports to and receives assignments, instructions, and direction from the Supervisor or Manager.
- General cleaning of the building/barracks and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
- Cleans stocks and supplies designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, bathroom/latrine, etc.).
- Performs and documents routine inspection and maintenance activities.
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
- Notifies management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
- Moves materials and equipment to work locations and performs a wide range of clean-up and housekeepingactivities.
- Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal protective equipment.
- Works with operations to ensure service orders for living quarters are completed in a timely manner.
- Works with customer service desk providing friendly, professional service to the customer.
- Performs other duties and activities as directed.
Basic Qualifications
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize and follow-through to completion on multiple tasks, under strict deadlines and changing priorities.
- Ability to work quickly and in a potentially high-stress environment.
- Must have excellent customer service and extremely self-motivated when managing communication channels.
- Must pass overseas medical screening and be in good health.

EXPERIENCE:
