Cash & Working Capital Lead

In this role You will:

• Coordinate the silent running of the RPT weekly cash forecasting process, providing Treasury with accurate and timely management information
• Support CWC reporting requirements, including due diligence, working capital arrangements, and monitoring of non standard settlement terms
• Contribute to monthly RPT Working Capital reporting, including management of reporting databases, working capital charging processes, and maintenance of Corporate Book forecasting
• Partner with CWC Leads to drive continuous improvement, automation, and standardization across all cash and working capital reporting processes
• Act as a supportive business partner to Treasury, the Resource Allocation Network (RAN), and other Finance stakeholders
• Collaborate with ST&S, Finance, Treasury, and Business & Technology (FBT) teams on cash and working capital initiatives

What You will need to be successful:

• Proficiency in English language
• Experience in Financial Accounting and/or Product Control within a trading environment.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP.
• Strong digital capability, including proficiency in developing and maintaining Power BI reporting.
• Technical understanding of Microsoft Access and SQL (preferred but not required).
• Demonstrated experience supporting continuous improvement and modernization of processes.
• Innovative approach to problem solving, technology, and analytics.
• Ability to work effectively in a deadline driven environment with strong attention to detail.
• High level of analytical skills, numeracy, and financial understanding
• Ability to interpret and analyze complex cash and working capital scenarios
• Knowledge of energy trading markets and instruments is good to have
