The Mass Transit, Rail, and Telecom Systems practice is currently offering an excellent full-time opportunity for a meticulous, performance-driven Electrical Engineer who wishes to grow within complex and diverse projects.
This position provides a transversal view of all disciplines involved in transportation projects. You will work on exciting projects involving various types of cable routing (duct banks, conduits, trenches, trays) integrated into diverse infrastructures: bridges, tunnels, rail tracks, elevated structures, etc.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute within a dynamic and rapidly growing team, and to participate in innovative transportation projects.

Your Role
- Prepare and review cable routing plans and specifications in a BIM environment for the following systems:
- 25 kV electrical distribution
- Telecommunications
- Railway signaling
- Traffic light signaling
- Ensure complete design development from preliminary concepts and calculations:
- Determination of conduit diameters
- Localization of cable trenches
- Analysis of cable paths based on obstacles and multidisciplinary constraints (drainage, rail, civil engineering, architecture, etc.)
- Production of 2D and 3D CAD drawings
- Assume technical responsibility and project team coordination for cable routing design.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with suppliers, the operator, and maintenance teams.
- Lead and facilitate technical discussions with engineers and technicians.
- Actively participate in project meetings.
- Manage consulting mandates within your discipline.
- Ensure follow-up on project progress, schedules, and commissioning.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
- Minimum of 10 to 15 years of design experience
- Experience in the railway sector (a strong asset)
- Initiative, dynamism, and innovative mindset
- Functional bilingualism (French/English)
- Practical knowledge of CAD software: AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D (an asset)
