In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Drive customer and stakeholder success through clear, proactive, and streamlined communication
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by supporting on‑time delivery and effective backlog management
• Collaborate closely with internal partners and the Customer Operations team to enable seamless execution
• Manage customer escalations and develop timely, effective resolution strategies
• Prepare, analyze, and consolidate reports to support data‑driven management decisions
• Support quarterly revenue achievement by enabling operational execution across the Supply Chain
• Champion a continuous improvement mindset and actively contribute to process enhancement initiatives

For This Role, You Will Need:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, or a related field
• Experience in a similar planning, supply chain, or operational role
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with Oracle and/or Kinaxis Maestro is considered an advantage
