This Position reports to:
Production Supervisor
Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to support daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth and efficient shipping workflows. Each day, you will manage shipping activities, perform basic transactions in the system, coordinate with transport companies, and handle pallet preparation and pick lists. You will also showcase your expertise by maintaining accurate inventory movements and ensuring high‑quality logistics execution.

This role is contributing to the Operations & Supply Chain function in North America. Main stakeholders are warehouse teams, transportation partners, procurement, and logistics coordination teams.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Maintaining complete and accurate data in the ERP or inventory system.
- Performing shipping tasks daily and handling small volumes of reception (approx. 2x/week in Montreal).
- Managing basic transactional activities in the system.
- Communicating with transport companies when required.
- Executing warehouse activities including preparing pick lists, handling pallets and products, loading shipments, and dispatching transport orders.
- Completing cycle counts / inventory checks.
- Supporting regular inventory control processes.

Qualifications for the role
- You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar warehouse or shipping role.
- You are engaged in using inventory systems and warehouse workflows in a logistics environment.
- Ability to demonstrate experience in:
- Shipping and transportation coordination
- Warehouse handling and pallet preparation
- Basic transactional data entry
- Knowledge of transport carrier platforms is an asset.
- SAP knowledge is an asset, or experience using another inventory system such as Maximo.
- Good basic skills in Excel.
- You are passionate about being organized, proactive, and a good listener, and you are comfortable interacting with others (not shy).
- You are ready and eager to learn-the role includes many learning opportunities.
- Ability to communicate in French, with English as an asset to communicate with clients outside of Quebec.
