Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
• Evaluate, qualify, and monitor suppliers to ensure compliance with company quality standards and technical specifications.
• Lead supplier audits, process assessments, and improvement plans to drive performance and risk mitigation.
• Manage non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and root cause analysis with suppliers.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and Operations to support new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track and report supplier quality KPIs, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications for the Role
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3-7 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance, or Manufacturing Quality within industrial or energy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis).
• Experience conducting supplier audits and managing corrective action processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required to supplier sites.
