Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to represent global divisions in the country to drive sales and market growth. Each day, you will oversee sales and marketing activities and support Sales organizations in driving sales and services for their respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by defining, planning, and ensuring the implementation of product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Buildings and Smart Power business of ABB in the Philippines, managing a team of 2 to 3 direct reports.

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to represent global divisions in the country to drive sales and market growth. Each day, you will oversee sales and marketing activities and support Sales organizations in driving sales and services for their respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by defining, planning, and ensuring the implementation of product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Buildings and Smart Power business of ABB in the Philippines, managing a team of 2 to 3 direct reports.
- Creating, planning, and ensuring implementation of the local go-to-market product marketing strategy, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
- Focusing on achievement of the target set for metrics like total demand orders (by ABB and third-party), growth margin percentage, net price variance, Net Promoter Score (NPS), inventory turn on finished goods, and on-time delivery as requested.
- Evaluating market opportunities, determining appropriate activities aligned with the overall strategy, and coordinating opportunities across local divisions and local business units, as appropriate.
- Ensuring balanced growth for all product lines, product groups, and business units and creating product demand by promoting technical aspects, providing solutions, and utilizing value-based selling approach.
Qualifications for the role
- Around 7-10 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or business development, ideally within industrial, technology or engineering sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to track and improve metrics such as demand orders, growth margin %, net price variance, NPS, inventory turnover, etc.
- Experience in managing a team with ability to coach and mentor team members to achieve both personal and organizational goals
- Confident in making strategic decisions while empowering teams to take ownership of execution.
- Strong proficiency in delivering presentations, conducting data-driven analysis, and leveraging market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
- Degree in Engineering or another relevant course.
