Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate assigned aspects of a project. Each day, you will support in managing and executing the project by completing work packages as assigned. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project planning techniques on ongoing projects and driving the updating process.

This role is contributing to the Motion Service (Motors/Generators/Drives) Business based at Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Conducting analysis of planned versus actual project performance.
• Preparing materials and assisting in project reviews.
• Taking ownership of the maintenance and adherence to the billing plan milestones.
• Controlling documentation accuracy and consistency based on tasks assigned and procedures agreed with the customer.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years of Project Management & Engineering experience in Engineering Industry.
• Good experience in project management, including supporting project execution, and applying project planning techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office , SAP, Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Familiar with contractual clauses, BGs, LCs, Fx hedging, incoterms and ability to manage conflict, negotiate effectively.
• Good documentation and administrative skills, ensuring accuracy, consistency.
• Proactive, agile, and able to take ownership. Good command of written and spoken English.
