The Project Services Manager is responsible for leading project services team in all aspects of projects to ensure excellence in execution.

• Ensure safe, accurate, on-time delivery of project deliverables.
• Manage daily activities and schedule of project team members.
• Advise management on contractual and business matters related to projects and subcontractors.
• Ensure Schlumberger change leadership framework is used for change management and controls.
• Participate in recruiting, talent management and mentoring of project team.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
• Assist with preparation of the final project close-out report.

Mandatory

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field

Nice to Have

• Professional certification such as AACE CCP, PSP, or PMI-SP

Experience with Primavera P6 and advanced Excel / Power BI reporting tools
