Join Our Team as a Senior Pipe Stress Engineer!
Are you an experienced engineering professional with a passion for excellence and project management? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Pipe Stress Engineer to lead and guide our engineering team, ensuring the highest quality in stress analysis reports and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Review & Compliance: Assess project requirements and specifications, ensuring full compliance or preparing deviation lists where necessary.
Client & Sales Coordination: Collaborate closely with our sales team and directly with clients to understand and meet project requirements.
Project Management: Oversee project timelines and coordinate with sales and clients to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior and less experienced engineers.
Technical Excellence: Conduct manual calculations related to fiberglass piping and review and enhance stress analysis reports prepared by in-house engineers.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or an equivalent specialization from an accredited university.
Experience: At least 8 years of experience in Piping Stress Analysis. Offshore experience is an added advantage.
Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing projects efficiently.
Technical Proficiency: In-depth understanding of Stress Analysis specifications and international piping codes such as B31.3, UKOOA, ISO 14692, etc. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Caesar II, and Navisworks is an advantage.
Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical issues effectively to design and project engineering teams.
Independence & Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, analyze problems, and provide targeted solutions.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working well with individuals at all organizational levels.
