They will manage on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and timely project delivery. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget Experience managing and coordinating subcontractors and vendors Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
