Job Duties

• Under general supervision, manages multiple internal projects involving a single discipline or department.
• Drives various components of project planning and execution on multiple projects such as completion of multiple detailed project specifications.
• Leads project activities across functional groups. Ensures that project deliverables are properly completed and directly impacts cost containment, efficiency or profitability of operations.
• Provides guidance and mentoring to more junior team members.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of an undergraduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM), and 4 years of related experience.

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available, including Senior Project Manager-Systems Engineer, Principal Project Manager-Systems Engineer and Project Advisor-Systems Engineer.
