Your Role : Own the Challenge

Are you motivated by software quality and the methods to ensure it? Do you like to systematically analyze and question complex software systems? Do you enjoy working in an international environment and want to contribute your knowledge and experience to one of the technology leaders in the automation sector?

In this role , you'll help run what runs the world , by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact .

Develop test strategies for our entire safety portfolio and help ensure the reliability and quality of our safety technologies

Further:

• Supporting the coordination of a decentralized team of external quality engineers, working for multiple partner companies

• Designing and implementing the required infrastructure for our test environment

• Implementing fully automated software tests

• Creating required documents for TÜV certification

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• Completed technical education (university or comparable) or equivalent professional experience in the field of software quality and/or software development

• Organized and systematic in approach to work, highly motivated and self-driven

• Commitment to high-quality technical system solutions

• Very good English language skills

• Experience with functional safety and relevant certification ( e.g. IEC 61508 - Functional Safety Engineer) is an advantage, as well as knowledge of C++ and/or Java and the creation and use of PowerShell scripts.

• Experience with automated testing tools ( e.g. Google Test, RCPTT, Ranorex ) and familiarity with the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) as well as DevOps infrastructure ( e.g. Jenkins, Artifactory, Git) is also beneficial.
