Responsibilities:

• Performing feasibility studies, conceptual and detail design;
• Preparing all the necessary drawings for the specific phase of projects (3D, 2D plans, diagrams) and written parts;
• Preparation of bill of quantities;
• Communicate and coordinate project activities with team members;

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Building Services Engineering;
• At least 5 years of design experience in the above-mentioned position;
• Professional background in designing in AutoCAD and Revit;
• Literate on Romanian and European design standards, regulations, laws, engineering good practices for sanitary, firefighting, utilities supply;
• English language at a technical level;
