In this role, you will support continuous improvement across Finance operations by designing, monitoring and optimizing KPIs for core financial processes, while promoting transparency, accountability and a culture of learning.

Each day, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across P2P, O2C and R2R processes. You will also leverage data insights to improve efficiency, quality and sustain business performance.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Design, calculate, and monitor KPIs across Finance operations (P2P, O2C, R2R).
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Cooperation with GPO organization on understanding KPI definition and implementation within FAO
• Develop performance dashboards and management reports for senior leadership.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Controlling, and Business stakeholders to ensure alignment on targets and performance expectations.
• Identify continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost optimization within finance processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting systems.
• Act as a subject matter expert for finance process performance metrics and benchmarking.

Qualifications for the role:

• You are highly skilled in financial data analysis, KPI calculation, performance tracking and dashboard creation using Excel and BI tools and the Finance / Shared Services / Operations market.
• You have 2-4 years of experience in Finance performance management, controlling, finance operations, or process optimization roles (working with end-to-end finance processes such as P2P, O2C, and R2R).
• You are highly adept in Excel and have experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• You are passionate about data analysis and continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving.
• Proven experience of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• You are at ease communicating in English.
