In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Lead global strategies to reduce waste generation, increase waste diversion, and advance Zero Waste to Landfill progress across diverse manufacturing locations
  • Drive water reduction initiatives, support site-level implementation, and coordinate activities aligned with global water stewardship goals
  • Identify opportunities for waste and water efficiency improvements and support development of best practice guidance, tools, and resources
  • Oversee data collection, review, and quality assurance for waste and water performance indicators, ensuring accurate, consistent reporting
  • Serve as a key point of contact for environmental data systems, providing clear guidance and training to site coordinators and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain audit‑ready Waste Management and Water Management Plans
  • Provide analysis, insights, and reporting content for sustainability disclosures, customer requests, and internal governance reviews
  • Support global engagement through training, best practice sharing, and cross‑functional collaboration with EHS, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sustainability teams
  • Prepare materials and insights for leadership meetings, including executive sustainability reviews
  • Conduct or support global "treasure hunt" assessments focused on identifying waste and water efficiency opportunities

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • 2-5 years of experience working in environmental sustainability, waste management, water stewardship, EHS, or environmental data management
  • Ability to analyze environmental data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Experience supporting operational teams, manufacturing sites, or industrial environments
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and work across time zones


Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Knowledge of waste streams, recycling systems, water use metrics, or resource efficiency practices
  • Experience contributing to sustainability reporting, customer disclosures, or environmental audits
  • Familiarity with environmental data systems or sustainability software
  • Certifications related to waste or resource management (such as TRUE Advisor or similar)
