IOTA Group is recruiting for Absheron project. Our client, an international energy operator is seeking a Project Onshore HSE Advisor to support the development of the Absheron Gas and Condensate Field. The role will support the Full Field Development (FFD) project from FEED phase through execution and project close-out. The position will be primarily based in Baku, with missions to engineering offices and project sites as required.

Job Description

• Support the implementation and monitoring of HSE management systems and project safety culture.
• Participate in HSE audits, inspections, and site management walk-arounds.
• Coordinate HSE activities with contractors and subcontractors and participate in interface meetings.
• Review and follow up on HSE documentation and deliverables submitted by contractors.
• Provide guidance to project teams on risk management, incident reporting, and emergency response preparedness.
• Track HSE performance and contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Promote continuous improvement by collecting lessons learned and safety feedback.
• Support the integration of HSE requirements during FEED, tendering, and EPC phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HSE Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5-7 years of HSE experience, including at least 5 years in Oil & Gas projects.
• NEBOSH Diploma required.
• Experience with HSE management systems, audits, and contractor safety oversight.
• Strong knowledge of industrial risk management and safety culture implementation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in English and Azerbaijani

• Location: Baku with missions to project sites as required.
