IOTA group is recruiting for Absheron Project. Our clinet, an international energy operator is seeking a Construction Supervisor (Civil) to support the development of the Absheron Gas and Condensate Field. The role will be based in Baku, with regular presence at the CPF construction site. The project involves the development of offshore gas resources and associated onshore facilities, contributing to both domestic supply and regional export infrastructure.

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at the CPF site during early works and main construction phases.
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with project schedule, specifications, and HSE standards.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance, ensuring quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, identify risks, and support implementation of safety and mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and stakeholders to resolve construction issues and maintain progress.
• Prepare progress reports and support project meetings with updates on milestones and constraints.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in civil construction supervision on major onshore projects.
• Strong background in earthworks, roads, drainage, structures, and general civil works.
• Experience coordinating construction contractors and managing site activities.
• Strong focus on HSE, quality control, and compliance.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with international project teams.
• English required; Azerbaijani advantageous.
