Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sourcing Lead to join our team at BP Business Service Centre Asia Sdn Bhd. This role is crucial in developing and delivering strategic sourcing initiatives, ensuring efficient value, and handling key supplier relationships to support business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Apply Agility core practices and tools to drive efficient and effective sourcing processes.
• Conduct detailed analytical thinking to find opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Demonstrate strong eye for business to understand market dynamics and their impact on sourcing decisions.
• Handle the entire contract lifecycle, including contract creation, negotiation, handover, implementation, and ongoing management.
• Lead complex negotiations with suppliers, demonstrating expert negotiation planning and preparation.
• Nurture and maintain robust supplier relationships, ensuring collaboration and performance.
• Lead all aspects of supplier selection processes, evaluating potential suppliers based on established criteria.
• Implement and supervise supplier performance management frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
• Effectively handle diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment and communication across all levels!

• Job Qualifications:
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Agility core practices and relevant sourcing tools.
• Expertise in agreements and negotiations, with a consistent track record of successful outcomes.
• Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Solid discernment and understanding of market trends.
• Extensive experience in contract creation, handover, implementation, and management.
• Highly skilled in negotiating and negotiation planning and preparation.
• Deep understanding of sourcing strategy development and execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proficient in supplier performance management, relationship management, and selection processes.
