We are seeking an experienced Field Service Resource Manager to lead the global planning, deployment, and development of site engineering resources across our Oil & Gas operations. This role is critical to ensuring the right engineers, with the right competencies, are deployed safely and efficiently to meet customer and project requirements worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan and manage a global pool of site engineers to support projects, shutdowns, and field operations
  • Allocate resources based on skills, certifications, experience, and availability
  • Act as line manager for site engineers, responsible for performance management, development, and engagement
  • Own training, competency assessment, and certification compliance across the global team
  • Champion HSE excellence, ensuring full compliance with Oil & Gas safety standards and site requirements
  • Work closely with customers, project teams, and regional leaders to deliver high-quality field service support
  • Drive continuous improvement in resource utilisation, flexibility, and workforce capability


Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven site experience in Oil & Gas as a Field Engineer or similar (essential)
  • Strong background in field services, project delivery, or operations
  • Experience managing and developing teams in a global or multi-regional environment
  • Deep understanding of HSE, safety-critical environments, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focused mindset
  • Highly organised, strategic, and able to balance operational and long-term workforce planning
