Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and manage a global pool of site engineers to support projects, shutdowns, and field operations
- Allocate resources based on skills, certifications, experience, and availability
- Act as line manager for site engineers, responsible for performance management, development, and engagement
- Own training, competency assessment, and certification compliance across the global team
- Champion HSE excellence, ensuring full compliance with Oil & Gas safety standards and site requirements
- Work closely with customers, project teams, and regional leaders to deliver high-quality field service support
- Drive continuous improvement in resource utilisation, flexibility, and workforce capability
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven site experience in Oil & Gas as a Field Engineer or similar (essential)
- Strong background in field services, project delivery, or operations
- Experience managing and developing teams in a global or multi-regional environment
- Deep understanding of HSE, safety-critical environments, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focused mindset
- Highly organised, strategic, and able to balance operational and long-term workforce planning

- Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse, global teams
