About The Role:

Main Purpose:

Responsibility and accountable for the profitable and operational managementand service delivery of the FES Lifecycle and Projects to meet the business andcontract objectives. Create and sustain a cohesive, cost-effective team for theservice delivery of the FES Lifecycle Plans and delivery of project works.Interfacing with clients to ensure the satisfactory service delivery of the contractdeliverables. Identify organic and new business opportunities. Requires fullunderstanding of the contractual conditions in which their respective contractsoperate. Should possess a high level of technical competence in all BuiltEnvironment issues. Responsible for gathering of Project and actual conditioninformation, collation of information in the required format, and is ultimatelyresponsible for reviewing the Lifecycle Project delivery plan, in agreement withall parties, and managing through acceptance procedures of project Co(s). Assistwith tendering and pricing of new works.As a member of the SEBU management team, make a broad and powerfulcontribution across all aspects of the SEBU. Motivated and detail-orientedapproach to planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various phasesto deliver on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and execution of account management plans, operationalprogrammes and Lifecycle Planners.
• Create and sustain a cohesive, cost effective team for the delivery ofcontracts/projects under your control.
• Responsibility for all day to day management, control, co-ordination,execution of all operations under your control.
• Ensuring that project/minor works are completed on time, within budget andto the required quality levels.
• Carry out weekly team review meetings
• Maintain Project trackers.
• Cost management of all Lifecyle and projects working with the Commercialteam.
• Client satisfaction and the quality of service provided.

Ensuring, demonstrate, review and monitor compliance, to meet theexpectation and needs of the Client, the organisational goals of the companyand satisfy the requirements of IS0 9001, 14001, 50001 & OHSAS 18001
• Productions of reports at regular intervals determined by Project, detailingphysical and financial progress, including monitoring of specification by keyperformance indicators. Actively demonstrate performance utilising internal/external benchmarking processes to develop areas for continuousimprovement.
• Provision of technical advice and problem solving function.
• Act as main point of contact between the SEBU and head office Lifecycleteam, to include attendance at Regional Lifecycle and SEBU meetings.
• Responsible for ensuring the Lifecycle delivery program is delivered andapproved by clients.
• Responsible for review of all site information, and where necessary cascadinginformation to the Facilities Cad technician for update of records.
• Accountable and responsible for all defects management related activities,including issuing, monitoring and managing the process through tocompletion / sign off.
• Responsible for all Site Condition survey related work, and creation of report,investigations and identification of required works, including specificationsthrough to agreement with units.
• Responsible for compiling the annual Lifecycle report identifying works, sitespecific constraints, specification, quantification and proposed costs forinternal sign off on funding, and issue of the agreed information to the client.
• Responsible for gaining agreement of Lifecycle Plan with Client.
• Responsible for ensuring any variations are identified and agreed
• Responsible for collating and issuing any Pre Construction Information underCDM
• Responsible for tendering process and contractor selection, in agreementwith the BU & site team.
• Responsible for monitoring works progress with local teams, regularreporting on progress, and fully involved with works completion sign offprocedure.
• Attend and/or substitute for Lifecycle at any Bid/Design related forums.
• Continually reassess currently available products and equipment and carryour WLC related studies where required, including issuing findings
• Responsible for the escalation of any non-conformance issues observed.
• Responsible for ensuring all As Built records are current, complete and up todate.• Tracks performance of consultants / subcontractors and takes appropriateaction

Essential Hiring Criteria:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or arelated field
• Proven experience in project management
• Current SMSTS certificate
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g.,MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar)
• Having excellent computer / IT skills and proven knowledge of CAFMsystems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Maintain up to date and sound knowledge of industry best practices anddevelopments in operational and facilities management
• Sound technical knowledge of facilities and building services
• Strong asset management knowledge and experience of condition-basedassessments.
• Liaising with FES FM helpdesk and Client helpdesk on related work
• Communicating clearly, effectively and timeously with customers andcolleagues alike
• Demonstrating sound contract management capability and pro-activeattitude.
• The ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight guidelines
• Proven track record in collating lifecycle/CAPAX plans and delivering on timeand within budget.
• Encourages the team to create solutions that go beyond the immediateneeds to add value to the customer and business.
