Cost Management Associate Director Location: London, United Kingdom Start Date: 18 March 2026 Pay Rate: £130,000 per annum Job Description: As a Cost Management Associate Director, you will be responsible for overseeing cost management activities within the organization. You will work closely with senior management to develop cost-saving strategies and ensure that projects are completed within budget. Your role will involve analysing financial data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and providing recommendations to improve cost efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Lead cost management services from feasibility through to final accountDevelop and manage budgets, cost plans, and forecastsProvide commercial advice and value engineering to optimise project outcomesManage procurement processes, including tendering and contract negotiationsOversee contract administration and change managementMonitor project costs, risks, and financial performanceAct as a key client interface, providing clear and strategic reportingSupport and mentor junior team members, driving high performance Required Skills and Experience:Strong Experience in Quantity Surveying/Cost ManagementProven track record on large-scale construction projects (£50m+)Data centre or mission-critical experience preferredBackground within a consultancy environmentStrong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilitiesDegree qualified (Quantity Surveying or related)Professional accreditation (e.g. MRICS) preferred
