Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. HSE Leadership & Compliance
- Inspire strong HSE commitment across client, contractor, and subcontractor teams.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a safe working culture and lead by example.
- Identify risks, deviations, and unsafe conditions; support timely mitigation actions
2. Construction Coordination & Supervision
- Ensure all ASI construction works are executed in accordance with contract agreements, project specifications, and approved procedures.
- Oversee contractor performance, including assurance activities and verification documentation.
- Monitor progress, compliance, and quality of works, ensuring alignment with project milestones and schedule.
- Coordinate closely with other discipline superintendents, engineers, planners, vendors, and authorities to ensure smooth execution and interface management.
3. Project Performance & Reporting
- Analyze and report contractor performance, identifying deviations and risks.
- Contribute to mitigation strategies and improvement plans for project management.
- Support the collection and validation of project lessons learned.
- Ensure key deliverables-safety, environment, assurance, schedule, cost control-are consistently met.
4. Interface & Communication
- Provide on-site assurance and ensure contractor adherence to standards and expectations.
- Coordinate works with all relevant departments to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution.
- Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the construction lifecycle.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Degree or diploma in a relevant engineering or construction discipline, or equivalent qualification related to Oil & Gas projects.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas construction or related fields.
