Job Description:

The Industrial / Waste Water Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of industrial and waste water treatment systems in Driftwood, United States. This role requires a strong background in water treatment processes and regulations, as well as experience managing a team of operators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of industrial and waste water treatment systems
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Develop and implement maintenance plans for equipment and infrastructure
• Train and supervise a team of operators
• Monitor and analyze water quality data
• Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to optimize system performance

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in industrial or waste water treatment
• Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and regulations
• Experience managing a team of operators
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
