Join our Technology Team and advance your career as a Software engineer (React & C#)

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to contribute, develop and maintain the digital products

in our LNG Energy Trading and Risk Management landscape.

As a Software Engineer, you will work closely with other software engineers, product managers,

UX designers, data analysts and scientists and our business partners. You will actively participate in feature

development, performance enhancements and offering technical support to other teams.

In this role You will:

• Play a key part in shaping and advancing our technology landscape
• Design and build robust backend components, services, platforms, and RESTful APIs that ensure smooth, reliable communication with front end applications
• Participate in hands on development, primarily using React for the front end and C# for the backend
• Create intuitive and high-quality front-end components, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems and efficient data flow
• Continuously evaluate existing services and components, identifying opportunities to enhance performance, maintainability, and scalability
• Proactively identify and address technical debt, driving long-term improvements across the platform
• Contribute to shaping and delivering the product roadmap, focusing on improving key performance indicators and delivering measurable business value
• Support the growth of the team's software engineering capabilities, sharing knowledge and guidelines
• Help cultivate a strong engineering culture, emphasizing high quality code, comprehensive testing, and modern development practices
• You will partner closely with key business users and customers, ensuring our solutions meet real-world needs. In addition, you'll collaborate directly with Tech Lead on evolving the current technology platform and defining its long-term strategy and roadmap

What You will need to be successful:

• Degree in IT or equivalent hands‑on experience
• Strong expertise in C# (.NET Core), React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Proven understanding of SQL Server and database design
• Experience contributing within small, high-performing engineering teams
• Good knowledge of software engineering standard methodologies (TDD, BDD)
• Solid software design skills and understanding of computational complexity
• A drive for high-quality code, continuous improvement, and modern engineering standards

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience in Trading systems or ETRMs (Energy Trading & Risk Management)
• Operational experience of running business critical systems
• Experience with DevOps: working with AWS, Azure DevOps, OpenShift/Kubernetes
