Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a new colleague to join our HR team in Brno, focusing on blue‑collar recruitment and the related administrative agenda.

This is a maternity leave cover position.

The work model for the role is: onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Ensuring a stable pipeline of candidates for production roles based on business needs
• Creating job advertisements, selecting the most effective sourcing channels, and handling related administrative tasks
• Communicating with line managers and HRBPs on recruitment topics
• HR marketing, cooperation with technical secondary schools, participation in school events, and organizing site tours for elementary and secondary schools within the ABB factory
• Monitoring HR trends and proposing and implementing improvements
• Preparing and signing employment contracts for new hires
• Supporting the implementation of new processes, projects, and initiatives

Qualifications for the role

• Secondary school education with a school‑leaving exam
• English at at level A2
• Czech or Slovak at a native level
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment within a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of the Czech labor market and basic understanding of labor law
• Dynamic and decisive personality with a proactive approach
• Resilience, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with people
• Knowledge of MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Workday is an advantage
