We are looking for a committed and internationally orientated individual who will be leading site projects (field service) and who is eager to successfully represent ABB globally

Job description:

• In your position, you manage and coordinate all site project management tasks on the basis of project-, service- and site execution plans for AUEN ES

• In addition, you also manage, communicate and coordinate with project- , site -, construction-, and commissioning managers as well as contractors and clients

• Fill out all the necessary information, Initial Planning an Dates, close coordination with lo cal Service Team TAM (Technical Account Managers )

• Monthly follow up of the Open Services Orders and Closing the finished ones

• Review and follow up Time sheets for the Technical Team

• You are responsible for the site works preparation like assembly documentation, H&S plan and the project guideline site

• You are competent for the correct execution of the service projects with previously agreed margins

• Follow-up timing, quality, site docs, reporting, protocols, NCRs, complete site cost, claim management, etc.

• Preparation of relevant data and participation into monthly project review meeting

• Arrangement of material and tools based on the order: Sourcing, sending to site and receiving back from site

• Finally , it is your task to ensure the cost management and start invoicing: approve and allocate costs to account and release timesheets as well as external invoices

Requirements:

• Technical training with know-how in business and field service administration experience

• You have good knowledge in English; both written and spoken, Spanish / Russian is an asset

• Personally, you convince by your highly motivated and independent manner and intercultural competencies

• Through strong communication skills you promote your talent to coordinate large projects successfully and you are willing to travel up to 15% of your working hours
