To support our growth, we are looking for an IT Software - SaaS Buyer (M/F) based in the Île-de-France region.(France)

IT Software - SaaS Buyer (M/F): What will your responsibilities be?

We are seeking an IT Buyer specialized in software and SaaS solutions, with a proven experience of at least 5 years in this area.

1. Management of IT Software / SaaS Procurement

• Gather and analyze business requirements (HSE, logistics, etc.)
• Source, evaluate, and select suitable digital solutions
• Maintain active market intelligence on innovative IT solutions

2. Tender Management and Supplier Selection

• Lead RFI / RFP processes
• Compare proposals based on technical, financial, and contractual criteria
• Recommend the most relevant solutions

3. Negotiation and Contracting

• Conduct commercial and contractual negotiations
• Optimize costs, service levels (SLA), and supplier commitments
• Secure contracts (legal aspects, risks, compliance)

4. Procurement Process Optimization

• Structure and improve IT procurement processes in an international context
• Implement best practices and standards
• Contribute to a strategic and innovative approach to procurement

5. Supplier Performance Management

• Set up performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure contract and service delivery follow-up
• Lead supplier review meetings

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with business teams, IT, legal, and finance
• Ensure alignment of solutions with organizational objectives
• Support complex projects with high strategic value

Technical Skills

• Confirmed expertise in IT software and SaaS procurement (5+ years)
• Strong command of complex procurement processes (RFI, RFP, negotiation)
• Solid understanding of IT environments and digital solutions
• Knowledge of contractual topics (SLA, licensing, cloud, security)

Soft Skills

• Excellent negotiation abilities
• Experience managing complex projects
• Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in an international environment

Languages

• Fluent English required
