Education & Experience Entity
A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a closely related discipline is required.
Proven experience in general accounting and treasury leadership.
English fluency, verbal and written
Portuguese basic
Work Location & Shift Pattern
Santa Fe, CDMX.
8:00am to 5:00pm
Hybrid, 2 days remote 3 days in the office.

Key Accountabilities
Accountable for ensuring accurate and timely recording and payment of all third party supplier invoices while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures in the drive for exceptional service, operational excellence and compliance.
- Regularly track and resolve outstanding issues that have been advanced or further advance to the vital parties and supervise their performance.
- Manage unique portfolio/countries for a fluid business with challenging and constantly evolving requirements and demands.
- Ensure service delivery that drives effective prompt payment to BP suppliers and issue resolution
- Manage and coordinate the reconciliation of the relevant systems to ensure they balance and that any discrepancies or variations are investigated and corrected
- Work with relevant Internal Control team to maintain controls currently owned and facilitate internal and external audit review
- Implement standards for the payable process and proactively identify, propose and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
- Provide end-to-end proactive monitoring of transactional pipelines to ensure workload prioritization drives better user experience and on time payment to suppliers.
- Provide payable related advice and information to staff across FBT and its Business Partners as and when required.
- The role is expected to provide extensive and valuable analysis with proposals and recommendations.
- Implement best practices for the payable process (treasury perspective) and proactively identify, propose and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
- Support Squads to implement timely and disruptive improvements in existing processes delivering better value and experience
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies that may differ from country to country whenever possible, failing which may result in a negative impact on bp.
- Payment release (National/Foreign), Bank account reconciliation, cash flow preparation, reporting, closing activities
- Expectations High level of familiarity with the systems used to maintain and reconcile the relevant system to ensure it balances correctly.
- Maintain good relationships with external stakeholders to facilitate service delivery excellence.
- There is a high financial and reputational risk involved in prompt and accurate payments processing.
- Liaising with vendors and colleagues in different time zones and potentially in different languages requiring rigorous coordination between teams.
- Supporting team members who are servicing different vendors in various geographical locations and using different systems.
