Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Miami. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The Construction Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in project management software
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Valid PMP certification is preferred
