Your role and responsibilities

As an employee reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely procurement of materials and services that meet production requirements. Your role will involve working within the assigned material portfolio, production plans and forecasts, applicable procedures, and framework agreements with suppliers.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Analyzing material requirements based on the production plan and customer forecasts.

• Creating and sending material purchase orders in the SAP system and keeping them updated.
• Cooperating with suppliers, including enforcing framework agreements and monitoring order execution.
• Monitoring delivery schedules and taking actions to ensure timely deliveries and production continuity.
• Verifying delivery documentation, approving invoices from a substantive perspective, organizing transport, and optimizing logistics costs.

Qualifications for the role:

• Higher education or currently pursuing studies - preferably in logistics, production management, engineering, or related fields.
• Interest in procurement, supply chain or material planning - first professional experiences (internships, student projects, part‑time roles) are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and willingness to learn ERP systems such as SAP.
• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to draw conclusions based on data.
• Good work organization and ability to set priorities.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset when working with different teams and suppliers.
• Openness to learning and developing competencies related to operational purchasing and material planning.
• Good command of both Polish and English - spoken and written - enabling effective communication.
