Your role and responsibilities

This is a future opportunity within our talent pipeline. We are continuously building a pipeline of HR Business Partners who are passionate about shaping people agendas, driving organizational impact, and partnering closely with business leaders to enable long‑term success. While this position is not currently open, we welcome expressions of interest from future‑ready HR professionals who aspire to make a meaningful difference at ABB.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence and execute people strategy, support a defined business area or location, and play a key role in fostering a high‑performance, inclusive, and sustainable workplace culture. You will work alongside leaders as a trusted advisor, enabling them to make informed, people‑centric decisions that strengthen business outcomes.

As part of our talent pipeline, this role allows you to be considered for upcoming strategic HR opportunities across our global footprint.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• As future opportunities arise, you may be responsible for:
• Understanding and contributing to overall business and people strategies.
• Driving the HR value proposition by partnering closely with managers, functions, and Shared Services.
• Determining and delivering HR priorities, ensuring alignment and measurable impact.
• Ensuring effective communication, engagement, and collaboration across the organization.
• Facilitates the change management initiatives and drives behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business area / area of responsibility.
• Supporting the full employee lifecycle through the execution of end-to-end HR processes.
