We are looking for an experienced and motivated Heavy Equipment Operator to support our client on a range of national projects. Assignments vary from large-scale earthmoving operations to specialized infrastructure and construction works across the Netherlands. You will work with a modern, well‑maintained fleet of machinery for leading clients in the construction and infrastructure sectors.

Function Description

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will safely and efficiently operate various earthmoving machines, ensuring high-quality project execution. Your tasks include:

• Operating excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, and similar equipment
• Performing earthmoving work according to instructions on multiple project locations
• Closely coordinating with site supervisors and team members
• Inspecting and maintaining machinery before, during, and after use
• Ensuring safe and efficient work execution
• Identifying, reporting, and addressing any technical issues or irregularities

Requirements

You are a skilled and safety‑focused operator with a passion for earthmoving. You fit this role if you have:

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy earthmoving machinery
• A VCA-VOL certificate, or willingness to obtain it
• Work permit in the Netherlands
• Good English or Dutch level
• Flexibility to work at various locations throughout the Netherlands
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Valid driver's license B
