iPS Powerful People is seeking a structured and organized Warehouse Employee to support our client's logistics operations in Beverwijk. In this position, you help maintain an efficient warehouse setup and optimal stock levels, ensuring a high service standard. You will be responsible for supporting both the main warehouse and mobile project warehouses, making sure technicians always have the right parts available to perform their work without delays.

Function Description

As a Warehouse Employee, you play an essential role in the logistical process. Your responsibilities include:

• Handling internal transport of large and heavy components
• Loading and unloading incoming goods and coordinating correct placement with the Warehouse Manager
• Ensuring that all accompanying documentation is processed and properly filed
• Setting up (mobile) workstations for project sites
• Independently picking orders for internal and external activities
• Maintaining and updating warehouse data in the system

Requirements

We are looking for a well-organized, detail‑oriented Warehouse Employee with:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Good English and/or Dutch level
• Work right in the Netherlands
• Experience with stock management systems, preferably Navision 4PS
• Good command of both Dutch and English
• Knowledge of VGM and a VCA-VOL diploma, or willingness to obtain it
• Strong communication and social skills
• Valid driver's licenses B and E, plus a forklift certificate
