Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead supply planning, inventory management, and resource management in the regional distribution center or local Sales organization. Each day, you will drive planning initiatives to improve customer on-time delivery and lead time. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory and supply plan.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions division in San Luis Potosi.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Providing visibility of supply capacity and local supply objectives into the Sales and Operations Planning process.
• Running a short, medium and long term planning process or Sales & Operation Execution process, ensuring seamless alignment between planning and execution.
• Supporting the profitable execution of customer orders, in coordination with business functions and Supply units (feeder factories).
• Leading the demand and supply planning process betweent SLP, Meban(US) and other Sister Factories, ensuring material availability and alignment with the master production schedule and coordinating the logistics and supply operations.
• Managing the end‑to‑end fulfillment cycle, securing on‑time delivery commitments and coordinating closely with production, procurement, and logistics.
• Optimizing inventory levels, leveraging demand analyses, turnover metrics, forecasting tools, and sourcing strategies.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
• 9+ Years Experience in supply chain planning and fulfillment roles in a manufacturing environment (Sales &Operations Planning desirable).
• Project Management experience (Green Belt Certification desirable)
• Proficiency in Power Bi, SAP and Advanced Excel
• 2-3 years Team leadership experience
• Advaced English and Ability to travel 15% National and international
