Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide accounting, reporting, and consolidation expertise. Each day, you will support in accounting and reporting matters to business/reporting units through resolution of accounting and reporting questions, financial statement preparation and review follow-up on accounting issues. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting in the preparation of financial reports in compliance with internal guidelines, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the Robotics Company in Vietnam .

You will be mainly accountable for:

• 1. Accounting & SAP Operations
  • Record and maintain accounting transactions in SAP ERP.
  • Monitor and reconcile General Ledger (GL) accounts.
  • Ensure accurate posting of cost centers, profit centers, WBS elements, and internal orders.
  • Support master data maintenance related to finance (cost centers, GL accounts, etc.).
  
  2. Financial Reporting
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with group reporting requirements.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data to group reporting systems.
  
  3. Reconciliation & Data Accuracy
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
  • Ensure data consistency between SAP modules (FI/CO).
  • Monitor and resolve accounting issues related to system integration or data migration.
  
  4. Compliance & Internal Control
  • Ensure compliance with group accounting policies, local accounting standards, and tax regulations.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audit and internal control purposes.
  • Support internal and external audit processes.
  
  5. Process Improvement & System Support
  • Support implementation or improvement of financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Participate in ERP system upgrades, testing, or data migration activities.
  • Propose improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in general accounting.
  • Experience working with SAP ERP (FI/CO modules preferred).
  • Experience in multinational companies is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
