Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Partner with 5 executives and 280 employees across two locations, providing coaching, guidance, and HR support
- Lead key HR initiatives focused on talent development, workforce planning, and design capability
- Coach managers on performance, development, and team effectiveness; ensure fair and compliant HR practices
- Serve as a primary HR contact for employees, addressing questions and concerns and connecting them to HR resources
- Support talent acquisition, retention efforts, and employee relations, including workplace investigations
- Use data and analytics to inform decisions, drive actions, and measure impact of HR initiatives
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in related area OR unrelated area with 4 years of HR experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources and/or relevant work experience (roles that involve the application of labor and employment principles, operational and business management).
