Responsibility

• \tResponsible for endtoend project delivery by respecting the budget, quality and lead time, with a sense of customer oriented
• \tServe as single point of contact for customers, sales team and venders on ICT service delivering issues to ensure timely delivery
• \tDevelop most suitable ICT vendor with Pricing team, inspect vendor's quality to implement ICT/Telecom project successfully
• \tResponsible for technical troubleshooting during the project delivery
• \tParticipation in presale stage for customer requirement analyzing and solution consolidation
• \tBeing as the point of escalation contact for customer service support
• \tRegular delivery status reporting and meetings with customers, capacity to manage customer satisfactions

Requirements

• \tBachelor/Master/Engineer degree in Telecommunication, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or other related disciplines;
• \tMinimum 3 years of experience in Telecommunications/ICT domain
• \tStrong knowledge in IP network design and configuration, including routing and switching, WAN/LAN, WIFI, NAS, Firewall...etc. Any related certificate is an advantage
• \tTeam spirit, able to cooperate with other team members, work under pressure and be selfmotivated
• \tLanguage requirement: German, English and Chinese
