The role will involve identifying market trends, competitor analysis, and providing insights to support business growth and development. Required Skills and Experience: Education & Experience Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related quantitative field 10-15 years of experience in quantitative trading, algorithmic trading systems, or financial technology Minimum 3-5 years in leadership roles managing technical or quantitative teams Proven track record building and deploying production trading systems or quantitative strategies Deep experience in financial markets with understanding of trading operations and market microstructure Experience in buy-side or sell-side trading technology roles (hedge funds, prop trading, investment banks Technical & Engineering Skills • Expert programming skills in Python, C++, or Java with focus on performance optimization • Deep expertise in distributed systems architecture and microservices design patterns • Strong experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes, ECS/EKS/AKS • Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep) • Experience building ultra-low-latency systems with microsecond-level performance requirements • Expertise in event-driven architectures and streaming platforms (Kafka, Pulsar, Kinesis) • Knowledge of service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd, Consul) • Strong cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) with focus on compute, networking, and security • Experience with high-performance computing, parallel processing, and GPU computing
