Job Title: SAP PM Consultant (EAM)

Position Summary

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced SAP PM Consultant to support the delivery and optimisation of enterprise asset management solutions. This role focuses on implementing and enhancing SAP Plant Maintenance systems to improve asset performance, maintenance efficiency, and operational reliability.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end SAP PM/EAM solutions across asset-intensive environments.

Key Responsibilities

SAP PM/EAM Implementation and Configuration

• Configure and customise SAP PM/EAM solutions to meet business requirements
• Define and maintain master data including equipment, functional locations, and maintenance task lists
• Set up preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance strategies
• Implement work order management processes including notifications, scheduling, and tracking
• Integrate SAP PM with other modules such as procurement, finance, project systems, and workforce management
• Support warranty tracking and spare parts planning

Asset and Maintenance Management

• Support asset lifecycle management strategies from installation through to decommissioning
• Monitor asset performance using KPIs and reporting tools
• Contribute to digital initiatives such as predictive maintenance and mobile workforce solutions
• Optimise maintenance planning, costs, and resource allocation

System Support and Continuous Improvement

• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PM issues to ensure system stability
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve maintenance processes
• Develop user documentation and deliver training sessions
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and safety requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP PM/EAM
• Experience within construction, real estate, manufacturing, or other asset-intensive industries
• Strong understanding of maintenance strategies and asset management principles
• Experience integrating SAP PM with other SAP modules
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to translate business needs into effective SAP solutions
