Overview
A leading international offshore and industrial organisation is seeking a Project Services Manager to oversee project control and services across major offshore and industrial projects, including greenfield, brownfield, and E&P initiatives.

This role is responsible for leading project services functions such as planning & scheduling, estimating, cost control, document control, and risk management. You will ensure effective project execution by establishing systems, monitoring performance, and supporting multidisciplinary teams. This position is ideal for an experienced manager with strong leadership skills and extensive offshore project exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Project Services function across assigned projects
• Oversee planning & scheduling, estimating, cost control, document control, and risk management
• Monitor project performance and produce timely, accurate project reports
• Establish and maintain project systems and routines aligned with industry best practices
• Support contract development and evaluation, including client and partner agreements
• Monitor contractor and supplier performance related to project services
• Conduct audits of internal and external project processes and deliverables
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineering, HSEQ, and other project teams
• Communicate project service updates and issues to clients, partners, governments, and internal teams
• Contribute lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives to project services best practices
• Mentor and support new employees, junior colleagues, and consultants

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent (extensive experience may substitute formal education)
• 15+ years of experience in major offshore or industrial projects within Project Services, Cost Control, Estimating, or Planning
• Managerial experience with documented leadership of project control functions
• Experience with FPSO, E&P, or similar offshore projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of industrial EPC projects, planning, and construction-only projects
• Familiarity with major project delivery processes in oil & gas
• Experienced in planning tools such as Primavera P6
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary/multinational teams
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
