Join our team as a Field Specialist where you'll apply technical expertise to support oil and gas operations. Depending on your experience level, you'll perform standard procedures for various products and services, with opportunities to advance to senior roles where you'll troubleshoot complex technical issues, mentor junior specialists, and serve as the key interface with clients at well sites.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain highest standards of safety, security, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Participate in daily operations and safety meetings, including Job Hazard Analysis
• Monitor and analyze data to recommend optimal services and solutions
• Perform job planning, tool preparation, mobilization, and execution
• Test, operate, and maintain equipment according to work instructions
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships to ensure repeat business
• Manage inventory and supplies required at well sites
• Available on 24-hour call basis to respond to customer needs
• Senior roles: Lead equipment failure investigations, mentor junior team members, and perform engineering checks on location

Skills Required:

• Understanding of mechanics, electricity, electronics, pneumatics, and/or hydraulics
• Mathematics and basic physics/chemistry knowledge
• Computer fundamentals
• Critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities
• Strong reading, writing, and decision-making skills
• Time management and quality control analysis
• Service orientation and customer focus
• Physical capability to perform required field tasks

Qualifications Required:

• 1-2½ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• High School Diploma

Qualifications Preferred:

• Technical Certificate from accredited Technical/Vocational School

Travel Requirement: 50-75% domestic and potentially international travel
